Delete your account

NexaTill · point-of-sale for cafes, restaurants, and pop-ups.

You can permanently delete your NexaTill account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

  1. Open NexaTill and sign in.
  2. Enter your owner pincode to unlock.
  3. Open the menu and go to Settings → Subscription.
  4. Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
  5. Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't access the app, email nexatill.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "NexaTill account deletion request". We'll verify and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain a backup.

Important — cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. To stop billing, cancel it in your App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions) before deleting your account.

Data the stores may retain

Apple and Google keep their own purchase/transaction records per their policies; those are outside our control. We delete everything we hold.
